This procurement includes both a computer simulator program (tool) and course instructor(s) which shall be used as a part of the awarding authority’s manager training. The target group is managers and staff within the corporation’s primary fields of business; logistics and postal services. Therefore The awarding authority wishes to procure a simulation model/simulator program which reflects the Norwegian Post’s (the awarding authority) fields of business; logistics and postal services. The simulation shall be used in connection with manager programs, and shall activate the participants in an educational good manner. This includes both execution of the actual simulation program and in connection with the summary processes, such as "debrief", review of theories, etc.
