The administered funds is at present approx. 285 000 000 NOK. The Awarding Authority expects that this level will be continued in a new agreement. The board has set 300 000 000 NOK as an upper limit in an active portfolio management.

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Company registration certificate.
Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The Administration organisation shall have concession to carry out active administration in accordance with Act on securities trading 1-2 no. 3. The Administration organisation shall also substantiate good professional experience in administration of Norwegian interest-bearing deposits.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity:

€ Sufficient financial solidity is required.
Documentation - proof that the requirement is fulfilled:
€ Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be a so called rating (include a credit rating, partial judgement and historical rating) and shall be carried out by a publically approved credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorff or equivalent institutions),
€ Annual report with the auditor € s statements for the previous 2 years shall also be submitted.
If the provider has valid reasons as to why he cannot provide the requested documentation, the company's economic and financial position can be documented by other documentation that the awarding authority finds acceptable. If the provider has such valid reasons, written contact shall be made with the awarding authority in order to find out which other documentation is acceptable.

€ The relationship between the administration company and the parent company, and between the administration company and the subsidiary company,
€ Organisation plan which illustrates the organization of the corporation € s administration unit,
€ Capital administration organization,
€ The administrator shall have a good settlement and control system with focus on cash management and security,
€ The administrator shall have access to a good analytical environment with wide and comprehensive competence,
€ The administrator shall have professional competence in the instruments used in the securities market,
€ The administrator shall have administration competence in relation to consecutive works in the securities market,
€ Working methodology; investment philosophy and investment process,
€ Risk control and internal control,
€ Consecutive risk control and return assessments,
€ Administration and reporting responsibility,
€ Historical administration results.
