The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hereafter called the awarding authority, invites companies to particiate in an open tender competition with the aim of entering into a contract for consultancy on Norwegian civil social engagement during the EEA schemes 2009-2014 with the aim of covering the awarding authority's need for the service in the contract period.
