The Voluntary Service Norway's aim with this procurement is to get service providers who can offer consultancy services for Asia (based in Kathmandu or Bangkok) and for Africa (based in Kampala, Nairobi, Addis Abeba, Dar-es-Salaam or Johannesburg).
The consultant shall, on behalf of the Voluntary Service Norway, adapt, support and control the use of development aid funds for use in exchange programmes which are being carried out and managed by the Voluntary Service Norway's partners as specified in contracts between the Voluntary Service Norway and the Voluntary Service Norway's partners.
The consultants shall carry out their assignments including in close co-operation with the Voluntary Service Norway under the Voluntary Service Norway's management and in accordance with the Voluntary Service Norway's administrative guidelines.

The consultant shall, on behalf of the Voluntary Service Norway, adapt, support and control the use of development aid funds for use in exchange programmes which are being carried out and managed by the Voluntary Service Norway's partners as specified in contracts between the Voluntary Service Norway and the Voluntary Service Norway's partners. The consultant shall fulfill this role in close cooperation with FK Norway, and liaise closely with FK Norway both with respect to management and operational policies.
