AFK eiendom FKF, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for general contracting for upgrading of technical systems at Lørenskog videregående skole (Lørenskog comprehensive school). The project involves upgrading of the ventilation system, installation of district heating and associated el-technical systems. Technical room on the roof shall be expanded. Radiators for district heating shall be installed in the entire school. See the tender documents for further details.

Period which the tenderer is bound to keep open his tender: 12.6.2012 (12:00). Inspection/conference will be held 21.2.2012 (9:00). Meet at Lørenskog videregående skole, the main entrance, Sykehusveien 11, Nordbyhagen. Complete tender documents are only available electronically from Byggeweb’s home site; www.byggeweb.no.

In order for registration for participation in the open tender contest through www.byggeweb.no the tenderer must go to“Påmelding til digital anbud” (registration for digital tendering). The received number, which will give the tenderer access to digital tender documents is a number “TNxxxxxx”. The number for this contract; “General contracting-upgrading of technical system” is TN024610.

The tenderer will be registered as user in Byggeweb.no and the person who registered the company is to be considered as tender liable. Byggeweb.no will provide the tender liable username and password which will give access to the tender documents. The tender liable will be responsible for submitting the tender within the tender deadline.
