Oslo municipality c/o the Cultural buildings in Bjørvika (the Awarding Authority) invites to an open tender contest in connection with procurement of interior architect services for new Deichmanske main library. The building is located in Bjørvika in Oslo. The contract includes the preliminary project stage and the Awarding Authority will have option for the following stages: Detailed engineering design and the Construction and complaint stage. The preliminary project stage is estimated to have an extent of 1 200 hours. The total estimated extent of 2 following stages (options) is 3 600 hours. See the tender documents for further description.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Company registration certificate.
Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The service provider shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
The service provider shall present HSE self-declaration.
The service provider shall be a legally established company.
III.2.2)Economic and financial capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: The company’s annual accounts including notes, the board’s annual reports and auditor’s reports for the previous 2 years, as well as recent information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to collect credit appraisal on own initiative.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required The supplier shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet contractual obligations.
III.2.3)Technical capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
The tender shall attach a list of the principal deliveries or implemented services for the previous 3 years, including information of values, dates, as well as names of public and private recipients.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
Very good experience from corresponding assignments is required.
