II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Forsvarsbygg has established a technical consultant group (TKG) and an architectural consultant group (Architect Council) to assist with the planning and execution of investment projects. TKG and the Architect Council are Forsvarsbygg’s consultants for quality assurance of engineered solutions.
TKG and the Architect Council consists of a core group with professionals who have very good professional competence and long experience within their professions.
The core group in TKG shall consist of:
— Consultant construction,
— Consultant water and sewage, HVAC and sanitation and climate,
— Consultant electro.
The core group in the Architect Council shall consist of:
— Consultant architectural planning and review in the early phase (chair),
— Consultant architecture,
— Consultant architecture.
The Architecture Council and TKG hold monthly meetings at Forsvarsbygg’s premises in Oslo, where relevant projects are presented and gone through. In addition the Architect Council can be engaged for specific assignments centrally or in the regions.
A total of 5 framework agreements will be signed, one for each of the 5 professional fields included in the competition, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable service providers and tenders.
