1)SHORT DESCRIPTION
The field within commercial support will primarily use assistance for planning, entering into and following up contracts, and the contract shall cover the need for support for the actual execution of procurements and for identifying what is best practice as regards purchase or sale. The field shall cover assistance for support in a general commercial process.

The field within system engineering shall be used for certification of network technologies, as well as seeing to methodological approach and integration from development of users' needs to the final product. For this work it is important with method and tool support in order to take care of activities which are a derivation of users' needs, requirement development, integration, functional analysis, validation and verficiation etc.

The contract with Strategic support for the defence sector's management for adjustments and continual change will primarily be used for assignments which involve major adjustment processes. Service providers will, among other things, be used in analyses connected to the armed forces' future structure in defence studies and long term planning.

LOT NO: 6 TITLE Strategic HR and other HR services
1)SHORT DESCRIPTION
The field mainly consists of strategic competence management for the armed forces' staff. The support requested consists of recruiting, developing, using (keeping) and phasing out competence and the need shall be covered within one framework agreement with one service provider.
Furthermore there is a need for personnel development for the defence sector within a broad spectrum of HR services. The need here shall be covered by three parallel framework agreements.

LOT NO: 7 TITLE Psychology services
1)SHORT DESCRIPTION
The armed forces would like a framework agreement with a service provider who can regulate the need for external support for assignments within selection as well as management development in order to ensure necessary flexibility. There is a need for psychologists who are preferably certified test users in order to carry out and quality assure the use of psychological tests in connection with selection in the armed forces. The need for external assistance will occur when admissions are made over a short time span which exceed internal capacity.
