The board in Hallingporten Vegfinans AS would like to establish the handed over deduction facility as soon as the project is approved by the Norwegian parliament. This is expected to happen in mid October 2010. The board expects to establish the deduction facility soon after this. The use of the accelerated procedure can thus reduce the negotiation period and the evaluation of the received tenders in accordance with the company's needs.
