The municipality aims to carry out continuous improvement works with the aim of achieving the production of services at a lower price and/or higher quality. Competitive tendering is a part of this work where systematic comparisons, benchmarking, between the municipality's own resources and external resources for services will be a central part.
Asker municipality would like tenders for the technical management of appro. 16 000 m² of the municipality's properties, divided between purpose-built buildings and office premises.
The purpose-built buildings are Hvalstad school, Hovedgården school, Landøya nursery and Morellveien nursery. In addition there are office premises in Erteløkka 7 and 9. The premises have been chosen as they are comparable with equivalent objects under municipal management.
