Het 4 keer per jaar ontwerpen van een multimediaal magazine. Dit bestaat uit multimediale 'artikelen' waarin video, audio, fotografie, animatie, graphics, tekst en/of grafische elementen één geheel vormen en één boodschap brengen. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 2 jaar met daarbij 2 keer 1 optiejaar. Het betreft alleen het ontwerp.
Het betreft niet het schrijven van de teksten, videografie, fotograferen van beeld en schrijven en uitvoeren van de marketingstrategie voor het werven van abonnees op het multimediaal magazine. Hiervoor heeft de provincie raamovereenkomsten met leveranciers die hierin gespecialiseerd zijn.
