Indien een aanmelding wordt ingezonden door een samenwerkingsverband van ondernemers dient ieder lid van het samenwerkingsverband een verklaring te ondertekenen ingevolge welke alle tot dat samenwerkingsverband behorende ondernemingen gezamenlijke en hoofdelijke aansprakelijkheid aanvaarden voor de gestanddoening van de verplichtingen voortvloeiend uit de aanmelding en eventuele inschrijving alsmede de eventuele uitvoering van de overeenkomst. Tevens dient aangegeven te worden wie de leiding van het samenwerkingsverband heeft en als verantwoordelijke gemachtigde jegens de aanbestedende dienst mag optreden.
