Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Voor een volledige beschrijving van de voorwaarden van aanmelding en het indienen van bewijsstukken wordt verwezen naar de selectieleidraad.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Omzet:
Gegadigde dient een opgave te doen van de gemiddelde jaaromzet over de laatste 3 boekjaren. De betreffende boekjaren mogen niet zijn aangevangen voor 1.1.2007. De opgave dient te zijn goedgekeurd door de externe accountant. Uit de opgave dient een gemiddelde jaaromzet van ten minste 2 000 000 EUR,- exclusief BTW te blijken.
Verzekering:
Gegadigde dient een recent bewijs van verzekering (bijvoorbeeld een kopie van polis) tegen bedrijfs- en/of beroepsaansprakelijkheid te overleggen inclusief de vermelding van de verzekerde bedragen. De dekking dient ten minste 2 500 000 EUR,- per gebeurtenis te bedragen.

— Kwaliteitssysteemcertificaat waaruit blijkt dat gegadigde in bezit is van een kwaliteitssysteemcertificaat op basis van de norm ISO 9001:2000 "Kwaliteits-managementsystemen - Eisen" (of gelijkwaardig) dat betrekking heeft op de aard van het werk,
— VCA** Veiligheids-Checklist voor Aannemers,
— SC 530 Procescertificaat Asbestverwijdering,
— SVMS-007 Systeemcertificaat Veilig en Milieukundig Slopen.

Een gegadigde kan zich slechts éénmaal aanmelden, hetzij zelfstandig hetzij in een combinatie. Van een concern mag zich slechts één rechtspersoon als gegadigde aanmelden, tenzij er kan worden aangetoond dat er gedurende de aanbestedingsprocedure geen concurrentievervalsend gedrag zal (kunnen) plaatsvinden.
Indien een gegadigde zich beroept op de draagkracht of bekwaamheid van één of meer andere natuurlijke personen of rechtspersonen (hierna: derden), zoals bijvoorbeeld onderaannemers, dient gegadigde aan te tonen dat hij werkelijk kan beschikken over de voor de uitvoering van de opdracht noodzakelijke middelen van die natuurlijke personen of rechtspersonen.
Indien meerdere gegadigden bij de selectie op de zesde plaats eindigenzal loting plaatsvinden onder toezicht van een notaris.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Afgewezen gegadigden/inschrijvers dienen - indien zij zich niet kunnen verenigen met de afwijzing van hun aanmelding/inschrijving - binnen 15 kalenderdagen na dagtekening van de (voorlopige) selectie- of gunningbeslissing een kort geding aanhangig te hebben gemaakt bij de Rechtbank te Zutphen. Indien er binnen die termijn niet (op correcte wijze) een kort geding aanhangig is gemaakt, zal de aanbestedende dienst spoedig daarna overgaan tot het afronden van de selectie- of gunningfase. Indien de afgewezen gegadigde/inschrijver niet (tijdig en correct) een kort geding aanhangig maakt, dan gaat de aanbestedende dienst er bovendien van uit dat de betreffende gegadigde/inschrijver daarmee uitdrukkelijk afstand doet van zijn/haar recht om de voorlopige selectie- of gunningbeslissing door de rechter te laten toetsen. Indien er toch buiten de hiervóór genoemde termijn een kort geding aanhangig wordt gemaakt, dan is de betreffende gegadigde/inschrijver niet-ontvankelijk in zijn vorderingen.
