Indien de gegadigde niet is ingeschreven in een handelsregister wordt hij uitgesloten van deelname. Voor de beoordeling of u als gegadigde beroepsbekwaam kan worden geacht, zijn de antwoorden op de in bijlage 4 van de offerte-aanvraag, onderdeel 2 van de vragenlijst opgenomen vragen en het daarbij in te dienen bewijs van belang.

Voor de beoordeling of u als Inschrijver technisch geschikt kan worden geacht overeenkomstig de gestelde minimumeisen zijn de antwoorden op de in Bijlage 4 van de offerte-aanvraag, onderdeel 3 van de vragenlijst opgenomen vragen en het daarbij in te dienen bewijs van belang.

De Inschrijver dient minimaal 3 referenties te kunnen overleggen waaruit aantoonbare ervaring blijkt met vergelijkbare afgeronde opdrachten. Deze gelijkwaardige opdrachten (in aard en omvang) dienen te zijn gerealiseerd (=afgerond) in de afgelopen 5 jaar.
