De Opdrachtgever biedt de gelegenheid tot een bezoek aan het Coenecoop College. Het locatiebezoek wordt georganiseerd op dinsdag 7 februari en zal duren van 10:00 uur tot ongeveer 12:30 uur. Na de ontvangst op de locatie Waddinxveen en het plenaire gedeelte krijgen de Gegadigden een rondleiding door beide locaties die zich richt op de uitvoering van de schoonmaak en kan de situatie met betrekking tot uitvoering glasbewassing en veilig werken beschouwd worden.

Inschrijvers kunnen zich hiervoor tot 6 februari, 16:00 uur per e-mail aanmelden via aanbesteding@csg-bv.nl, o.v.v. rondleiding Coenecoop. Per Inschrijver kunnen maximaal 2 personen deelnemen.

Tijdens het locatiebezoek kunnen vragen worden gesteld. Deze vragen dienen ook schriftelijk te worden ingediend. De vragen en antwoorden worden opgenomen in de Nota van Inlichtingen.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Een Inschrijver die bezwaar wenst te maken tegen de aanbestedingsprocedure en/of tegen zijn afwijzing laat zich leiden door het belang van het project (ingangsdatum van het contract op 1.7.2012) en de voortvarendheid waarmee Opdrachtgever de aanbestedingsprocedure wenst te doorlopen. Dit betekent in ieder geval dat als een partij bezwaren heeft tegen (onderdelen van) de aanbestedingsprocedure, tegen (onderdelen van) de verstrekte informatie of tegen andere aspecten die verband houden met de opdracht of de aanbestedingsprocedure, hij die bezwaren gemotiveerd ter kennis moet brengen aan Opdrachtgever op de kortst mogelijke termijn, in ieder geval binnen 15 kalenderdagen na verzending van de betreffende informatie.
Een Inschrijver maakt bezwaar door middel van het aanhangig maken van een tijdig en correct kort geding. Indien de termijn van 15 kalenderdagen wordt overschreden zonder dat een juridische procedure aanhangig is gemaakt, vervalt ieder recht daartoe.
Op deze Aanbestedingsprocedure is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
De (voorzieningen-)rechter van de rechtbank te Den Haag is bij uitsluiting bevoegd om geschillen te beslechten.
Na ommekomst van de termijn van 15 kalenderdagen zal met de Inschrijver die de hoogste totaalscore heeft gekregen een Overeenkomst gesloten worden. Indien een kort geding aanhangig is gemaakt, wordt de Overeenkomst gesloten nadat daarin vonnis is gewezen, mits het sluiten van de Overeenkomst niet in strijd is met dat vonnis. Opdrachtgever zal bovendien de uitspraak in een eventueel hoger beroep afwachten, dus pas nadien een Overeenkomst sluiten, indien het hoger beroep als 'spoed appèl' wordt aangemerkt.
