Europese aanbesteding met als doel het selecteren en contracteren van één Opdrachtnemer welke in staat is Flexibele Arbeidskrachten te leveren opdat in de behoefte aan flexibele arbeid kan worden voorzien ten behoeve van de Hogeschool Utrecht conform de in de Uitnodiging tot Inschrijving geformuleerde eisen en wensen waarbij de benodigde Flexibele Arbeidskrachten tegen eenduidige tarieven en een eenduidige procesgang kunnen worden ingekocht waardoor een zo gunstig mogelijke prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding van de gevraagde diensten ontstaat leidend is. Voorts het realiseren van een aanbod voor studenten, vanuit het perspectief van de beroepsomgeving van de HU, waarbij een kwalitatief aanbod van studiegerelateerde(bij-) banen eenduidig en exclusief gebracht wordt aan HU-studenten hetgeen een kwaliteitsimpuls zal geven aan een betere aansluiting tussen onderwijs en de arbeidsmarkt”.
