Een combinatie van bedrijven kan gezamenlijk als één inschrijver inschrijven. In dat geval is het afzonderlijk inschrijven door één van de combinanten, alleen of in combinatie met anderen, niet toegestaan. Bij opdrachtverlening zal door de combinatie een ondertekende verklaring dienen te worden overlegd, waaruit blijkt (a) dat de leden van de combinatie zich gezamenlijk en hoofdelijk aansprakelijk stellen voor de volledige en juiste uitvoering van de overeenkomst in al zijn onderdelen en (b) de naam van de combinant, die als vertegenwoordiger namens de combinatie zal optreden en bevoegd is de combinatie te binden.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required 1. De inschrijver dient een uittreksels te overleggen van jaarrekeningen van de onderneming over de afgelopen twee boekjaren 2008 en 2009, voorzien van goedkeuring door een RA (of daaraan gelijkwaardige) accountant. Ingeval inschrijver een dochter¬ en/of werkmaatschappij betreft, dienen de geconsolideerde jaarrekeningen over 2008 en 2009 van de holding¬(concern) / moedermaatschappij te worden overlegd;
2. Ingeval de inschrijver een dochter ¬of werkmaatschappij betreft, dient deze een verklaring van de moedermaatschappij te overleggen, dat deze zich bij de gunning van de opdracht hoofdelijk aansprakelijk stelt voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst en de daaruit voortvloeiende opdrachten;
3. Inschrijver dient een verzekeringsbewijs voor bedrijfsaansprakelijkheid te overleggen, waaruit blijkt, dat inschrijver voor minimaal 1 000 000 EUR per gebeurtenis is verzekerd.

1. De Inschrijver dient een opgave te doen van twee referentie opdrachten die vergelijkbaar zijn, qua aard en omvang, met onderhavige aanbesteding. De referenties mogen niet ouder zijn dan 3 jaar gerekend vanaf de sluitdatum van deze aanbesteding (format zie bijlage 5);
2. De Inschrijver dient door Tennet te zijn erkend en ingevolge volledig te zijn bevoegdheid. Een kopie van recent bewijs, afgelopen jaar, dient toegevoegd te worden;
3. Inschrijver dient aantoonbare ervaring te hebben met het switchen van > 1 250 elektra aansluitingen;
4. Inschrijver dient aantoonbare ervaring te hebben met verzamelfacturen;
5. Inschrijver dient zelf te leveren; gebruik maken van onderaannemer(s) is niet toegestaan;

Gegadigde worden in de gelegenheid gesteld vragen en/of opmerkingen te stellen en/of onduidelijkheden en/of (vermeende) onjuistheden op te merken over het bestek. U dient de vragen per e-mail te stellen. Vragen en opmerkingen kunnen tot uiterlijk maandag 20.9.2010 worden ingediend via email adres: l.damen@uden.nl onder vermelding van: U-2010-3546 vragen en/of opmerkingen.

De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens de vragen en de daarop te geven antwoorden geanonimiseerd met een nota van inlichtingen (NVI) op de Aanbestedingskalender te publiceren. De NVI zal 7 dagen voor datum aanbesteding worden gepubliceerd. Tevens ligt de nota van inlichtingen ter inzage bij het Bedrijfsbureau Openbare Werken. Na deze informatieronde neemt de aanbesteder geen vragen meer in behandeling.
Nadere inlichtingen worden op 22.9.2010 door de aanbestedende dienst verstrekt.
De overeenkomst zal onderworpen zijn aan het Nederlands recht.
