De Brandweer Midden-en West Brabant is voornemens door middel van een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure minimaal 5 en maximaal 8 hulpverleningsvoertuigen in te kopen in een periode van maximaal 4 jaar met na de eerste twee jaar een optie tot verlenging met twee jaar.

Opdrachtgever verlangt tijdens procedure van facturatie en betaling een geldige bankgarantie. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten voor meer informatie over de nadere voorwaarden.
III.1.2)Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions regulating them
Betalingen geschieden in Euro en worden alleen gedaan over de werkelijk verrichte diensten en leveringen. De betaling zal in 4 fasen plaatsvinden. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten voor meer informatie over de nadere voorwaarden.

De inschrijver dient als rechtsvorm een rechtspersoon naar Nederlands recht aan te nemen. Bij inschrijving van een combinatie dient de inschrijving de ondertekende verklaring van ieder lid van de combinatie te bevatten, inhoudende dat alle tot die combinatie behorende ondernemingen gezamenlijk en hoofdelijk aansprakelijkheid aanvaarden voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst. Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Inschrijvers dienen, naast allerlei contactgegevens, een actueel uittreksel te overleggen, waaruit blijkt dat deze in het handelsregister van vestigingsplaats staat ingeschreven. Daarnaast dienen inschrijvers een verklaring te overleggen waarin wordt aangegeven dat geen uitsluitingsgronden op het bedrijf van toepassing zijn.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Inschrijvers dienen het bij het aanbestedingsdocument gevoegde selectieformat volledig en naar waarheid in te vullen.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required Over de boekjaren 2008 en 2009 zijn minimumeisen gesteld ten aanzien van de solvabiliteit. De opgave van dit gegevens dient te zijn ondertekend door een externe accountant.
Over de boekjaren 2008 en 2009 dient de gemiddelde solvabiliteit 15 % te bedragen.

De aanbestedingsprocedure wordt begeleid door een extern adviesbureau, te weten: Forseti Tender Management. Alle aanbestedingsdocumenten zijn bijgevoegd.
Bij voldoende belangstelling zal op maandag 20.9.2010 van 10:00 tot 12:00 uur door de opdrachtgever een inlichtingenbijeenkomst worden gehouden. Vragen over de aanbestedingsdocumenten die voor maandag 13.9.2010, 10:00 uur zijn ontvangen zullen tijdens de inlichtingenbijeenkomst worden beantwoord, danwel worden verstrekt middels de aanbestedingskalender.
