De opdracht bestaat in totaal over beide percelen gerekend uit het leveren van ca. 12.200 Iepen (Ulmus). Hierbij wordt er een onderscheid gemaakt in de stamomvang van de te leveren Iepen. Ongeveer 40 % van de Iepen dient geleverd te worden met een stamomvang van 12 - 14 cm. Ongeveer 60 % van de Iepen dient geleverd te worden met een stamomvang van 14 - 16 cm. Deze 12.200 Iepen worden verdeeld over 2 projecten.
Ook materialen voor beplanting zoals, boompalen, maaipalen, boomgrond, boombanden, beluchtingsdrains en compost dienen te worden geleverd op aanvraag van de Aanbestedende dienst. De materialen voor beplanting zijn niet voor alle bestellingen benodigd. De Aanbestedende dienst geeft zelf aan bij welke bestellingen de materialen voor het planten van de Iepen benodigd zijn. Deze dienen te voldoen aan de eisen als gesteld in de conformiteitenlijst.

Indien wordt ingeschreven voor Perceel 1: "Ulmus Divers", dan dient de Inschrijver over de afgelopen drie boekjaren (2008, 2009, 2010) een gemiddelde eigen jaaromzet te hebben gerealiseerd van minimaal 400 000 EUR. Daarnaast dient de Inschrijver over 2010 een quick ratio (Vlottende Activa / Vlottende Passiva) van minimaal 0,80 gerealiseerd te hebben.
Indien wordt ingeschreven voor Perceel 2: "Ulmus Resista", dan dient de Inschrijver over de afgelopen drie boekjaren (2008, 2009, 2010) een gemiddelde eigen jaaromzet te hebben gerealiseerd van minimaal 600 000 EUR. Daarnaast dient de Inschrijver over 2010 een quick ratio (Vlottende Activa / Vlottende Passiva) van minimaal 0,80 gerealiseerd te hebben.
Indien wordt ingeschreven voor beide percelen, dan dient de Inschrijver over de afgelopen drie boekjaren (2008, 2009, 2010) een gemiddelde eigen jaaromzet te hebben gehad van minimaal 1 000 000 EUR.- en een quick ratio van minimaal 0,80 gerealiseerd te hebben.
Verzekering:
De Aanbestedende dienst contracteert, ongeacht het Perceel waarvoor wordt ingeschreven, alleen Inschrijvers welke een geldige bedrijfsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering hebben met een dekking tot 1 000 000,- EUR per gebeurtenis, per jaar voor schade die door de Inschrijver wordt toegebracht aan derden.
