Elke onderzoeksgolf wordt uitgevoerd in een bepaalde periode (ongeveer een 1-1,5 jaar) en wordt gehouden onder drie categorieen, t.w. werkenden, niet-werkenden en scholieren/studenten.

De opdracht betreft het verzamelen van data onder de Nederlandse bevolking bij drie groepen van personen (werkenden, niet-werkenden, en scholieren/studenten. De gehele opdracht bestaat uit drie onderzoeksgolven (elke golf bestaat uit een schriftelijke en internetvragenlijsten) over de periode 2012 - 2016, waarbij een netto-respons van tenminste 4 800 personen moeten worden behaald.

— ervaring met grootschalige computer-ondersteunende telefonische interviews onderwerkenden en niet werkenden ten behoeve van beleidsonderzoek (minimaal 1 000 telefonische intervieuws per opdracht),
— verklaring van de betreffende opdrachtgever dat de opdracht waarop de referentie betrekking heeft naar tevredenheid is uitgevoerd.
