Justification for a framework agreement, the duration of which exceeds four years: Raamcontract levering markeermiddelen betreft specifieke objecten waarbij investeringen in zowel apparatuur (mallen) als partners noodzakelijk is: 4 jaar is hiervoor een erg korte termijn die voor dit contract als te kort wordt gezien. Ook de langere garantietermijn (minimaal 5 jaar volledige garantie op de te leveren produkten) vraagt een langere duur van de overeenkomst. Het moet duidelijk zijn of aan het eind van de contractperiode de 1e serie produkten nog steeds aan de eisen voldoen binnen de contractperiode.

Overeenkomstig de aanbestedingsdocumenten op verzoek verstrekken:
1) Opgave van (uitgevoerde) opdrachten, met accountantsverklaring.

De inschrijver heeft in de periode van 5 jaar voorafgaande aan de datum van aanbesteding genoemd in paragraaf 2.4.2, lid 1 van dit inschrijvings- en beoordelingsdocument, ten minste 1 referentieopdracht (per perceel) uitgevoerd met een overeengekomen bedrag (aannemingssom) of gefactureerd bedrag gelijk aan of groter dan:
250 000 EUR voor perceel 1 respectievelijk;
100 000 EUR voor perceel 2 en 3.
Exclusief omzetbelasting, waarbij de inschrijver was belast met de dagelijkse organisatie en leiding van de referentieopdracht (het projectmanagement) en de inschrijver jegens de opdrachtgever eindverantwoordelijk was voor de uitvoering van de referentieopdracht.
De referentie-eis voor perceel 3 mag worden vervangen door een opgave van minimaal 15 verkochte raconbakens in de afgelopen 5 jaar waarbij er per jaar gemiddeld 3 bakens zijn verkocht en in de afgelopen 3 jaar tenminste 5.

Nadere inlichtingen kunnen tevens mondeling worden gevraagd tijdens een inlichtingenbijeenkomst. De inlichtingenbijeenkomst vindt plaats op 14.9.2010 om 14:00.

De bijeenkomst vindt plaats te Hellevoetsluis Kanaalweg 21 WZ, vooraf aanmelden gewenst (bio-dnz@rws.nl). Een ieder die aanwezig wil zijn bij een inlichtingenbijeenkomst, is verplicht een presentielijst in te vullen en te ondertekenen. Degene die hier niet aan voldoet, wordt niet toegelaten tot de bijeenkomst.
