Het doel van de aanbesteding is het inrichten en in goede staat van onderhoud houden van de inrichting van accommodaties voor binnensport en schoolgymnastiek, alsmede het opstellen van een meerjaren begroting.
De opdracht is voor deze aanbesteding opgedeeld in twee percelen, te weten:
Perceel 1: Inspectie, certificering, licht onderhoud en verwijdering van gymnastiekmaterialen en het opstellen van een jaarlijkse actualisatie van onderhouds- en vervangingsprogramma met financiële onderbouwing met een looptijd van 5 jaar.
Perceel 2: Overig onderhoud, vervanging en levering van gymnastiekmaterialen.
Inschrijver mag op beide percelen inschrijven, per perceel wordt een inschrijver.

Inschrijver die perceel 2 wint, wordt uitgesloten voor verdere deelname.

1)SHORT DESCRIPTION
De opdracht omvat:
a) Het jaarlijks inspecteren, het uitvoeren van licht onderhoud en het verwijderen van de sporttoestellen en sportinstallaties van 8 gymzalen en 9 dorpshuizen; volgens planning zal in 2012 een nieuwe (negende) gymzaal worden gebouwd.
b) certificering van deze binnensportaccommodaties;
c) digitaal aanleveren van de inventarisatie: inspectierapporten, planning, vervangingsprognose en onderhoudsprognose.

a) overig onderhoud van de sporttoestellen en sportinstallaties;
b) leveren en monteren van sporttoestellen en sportinstallaties naar aanleiding van de jaarlijkse onderhoudsinspectie;
c) het inrichten van nieuwe binnensportaccommodatie(s).

Indien de afgewezen inschrijvers niet, niet tijdig of niet correct een kort geding aanhangig maken, dan worden de inschrijvers geacht uitdrukkelijk afstand te hebben gedaan van hun recht om de voorlopige gunningsbeslissing door de rechter te laten toetsen en zal de aanbestedende dienst zich beroepen op niet-ontvankelijkheid van de inschrijvers in hun vorderingen.
