Stenden hogeschool wenst middels deze aanbesteding één leverancier te contracteren die aan de Stenden locaties in Nederland ICT Werkstations levert. Er wordt een Inschrijving gevraagd op basis van Lease (daarnaast aanvullende diensten) voor een contractperiode van 48 maanden. Binnen deze contractperiode worden door Stenden hogeschool gefaseerd ICT Werkstations ter uitbreiding afgenomen en bestaande ICT Werkstations vervangen (in tenminste drie batches).

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope
Het aantal te leveren ICT Werkstations binnen het kader van deze aanbesteding bedraagt circa 2 000 (vervanging en voorziene uitbreiding). Daarnaast is het mogelijk dat in het kader van projecten extra ICT Werkstations moeten worden geleverd. Het exacte aantal in te zetten ICT Werkstations (per type en per locatie) en de fasering wordt vastgesteld in overleg tussen Stenden hogeschool en de Opdrachtnemer. Het vermelde aantal betreft een indicatie, hieraan kan door Inschrijver geen rechten worden ontleend.

Inschrijver dient ingeschreven te staan in het handelsregister: inschrijver dient een recent bewijs (niet ouder dan 6 maanden) van inschrijving te overleggen.
III.2.2)Economic and financial capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: a. Omzetverklaring: Inschrijver dient een netto omzet (exclusief BTW) over de afgelopen drie boekjaren (2007, 2008 en 2009) hebben gehaald van minimaal 2.000.000 EUR (exclusief BTW) per jaar.
b. Inschrijver heeft een quick ratiogroter dan 1 per 31.12.2009, gebaseerd op jaarrekening 2009. De formule quick ratio is: (vlottende activa -/- voorraden)/kortlopende schulden.
c. Inschrijver heeft een solvabiliteitsratio groter dan 0,25 per 31.12.2009, gebaseerd op jaarrekening 2009. De formule voor de solvabiliteitsratio is: Eigen vermogen / Totaal vermogen.
d. De jaarrekening moet voorzien zijn van een goedkeurende accountantsverklaring.
Hiertoe dient het model in bijlage D2 van de offerteaanvraag ingevuld te worden en bij inschrijving ingediend te worden. Eerst binnen een termijn van 7 werkdagen na een daartoe gericht verzoek van Stenden dient Inschrijver de (geconsolideerde) jaarrekeningen over 2007, 2008 en 2009 te overleggen. Deze jaarrekeningen dienen voorzien te zijn van goedkeurende accountantsverklaringen.

Ad 1: Drie referenties waaruit blijkt dat Inschrijver in de afgelopen drie jaar soortgelijke opdrachten heeft uitgevoerd betreffende minimaal 600 ICT Werkstations, waarvan minimaal één opdracht bij een onderwijsinstelling. Het is toegestaan een lopend contract als referentie op te nemen mits de dienstverlening reeds minimaal een jaar onafgebroken is uitgevoerd.
Ad 2: Inschrijver dient te beschikken over een kwaliteitszorgsysteem dat is gecertificeerd door een instantie die voldoet aan de Europese normenreeks conform NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 of 9001:2008. Deze certificering is afgegeven voor werkzaamheden vergelijkbaar met de aard van de aanbestede opdracht.
Of Inschrijver beschikt over een aan een onder minimumeis a. beschreven gelijkwaardig kwaliteitssysteem.
