d. het legen van straat- en trottoirkolken;ca. 9 025 st;
e. het reiniging van (pomp)putten en lamellenscheiders;
— pompputten: ca. 40 st + ca. 225 uur maand- en weekwerk,
— lamellenscheiders: ca. 20 uur.
f. doorspuiten drainageleidingen; ca. 5 500 m;
g. het reinigen van bergbezinkvoorzieningen. 8st.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: — Inschrijver dient bij zijn inschrijving een kopie van een uittreksel uit het beroeps- of handelsregister van het land waar hij is gevestigd te voegen,
— Ten bewijze dat inschrijver niet een van de in artikel 45 lid 1 of lid 3 Bao genoemde omstandigheden verkeert dient inschrijver hiertoe bij inschrijving de "Eigenverklaring uitsluitingsgronden" rechtsgeldig ondertekend, toe te voegen.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: De inschrijver moet in de laatste drie beschikbare boekjaren een gemiddelde jaaromzet aan diensten in de GWW- sector hebben bereikt groter of gelijk aan 1 500 000 EUR (excl. BTW) In geval de inschrijver een combinatie wordt, wordt geëist dat de omzet van elk van de combinanten ten minste 75 % van dit bedrag bedraagt.
