Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Door een accountant goedgekeurde jaarverslagen over de boekjaren 2007, 2008 en 2009 dienen op het eerste verzoek van Opdrachtgever binnen 5 werkdagen te worden aangeleverd.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required Opgave van de totale bedrijfsomzet over de boekjaren 2007, 2008 en 2009.
De totale bedrijfsomzet dient per jaar minimaal 4 300 000,- EUR exclusief BTW te zijn.

Inschrijver dient een verklaring te overleggen dat zij bevoegd is door de fabrikant om op de Nederlandse markt aan de te leveren producten:
— modificaties door te voeren,
— opleidingen te verzorgen,
— het jaarlijks onderhoud uit te voeren.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
Inschrijver dient minimaal 3 referenties aan te leveren waarbij minimaal 75 toestellen, en toebehoren (volgelaatbescherming, cilinder etc etc) zijn uitgeleverd binnen een periode van 1 jaar.
De Inschrijver verklaart hiermee tevens dat de levering van ademluchtapparatuur goed en vakkundig zijn uitgevoerd.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Een rechtsmiddel dient binnen de genoemde termijn van 15 dagen na het uitspreken van het voornemen tot gunnen door middel van een (civiel) kort geding ingesteld te zijn bij de Voorzieningenrechter van de Rechtbank Groningen.
Indien de afgewezen Inschrijver hiertoe overgaat, dient zij, naast de verplichting om binnen die termijn een kort geding aanhangig te maken, binnen diezelfde termijn tevens een afschrift van de dagvaarding per telefax te zenden aan de contactpersoon van het aanbestede project van de Opdrachtgever.
