Een combinatie van bedrijven kan gezamenlijk als één inschrijver inschrijven. In aanvulling op IV.3.7 geldt het volgende:
— de aanbestedende dienst is gerechtigd verlenging van de gestanddoeningstermijn als vermeld in IV.3.7 te vragen. Een dergelijk verzoek zal niet worden gedaan aan inschrijver(s), die naar het oordeel van de aanbestedende dienst zeer waarschijnlijk niet in aanmerking komen voor de opdracht van het werk,
— voor zover de mededinging daardoor niet wordt geschaad is de aanbestedende dienst gerechtigd (maar niet verplicht) aan inschrijvers om verduidelijking en/of aanvulling van ontbrekende gegevens te vragen,
— de communicatie met betrekking tot deze aanbesteding dient te allen tijde schriftelijk te geschieden op het, in de bijlage A opgenomen, standaardformulier,

— dit formulier dient als attachment per e-mail, tot 18 september, te worden verzonden aan: j.rinsma@enschede.nl,

— de nota van inlichtingen wordt op 5.10.2010 door de aanbestedende dienst via aanbestedingskalender verstrekt,
— de aannemingsovereenkomst zal onderworpen zijn aan het Nederlands recht.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Precieze aanduiding van de termijn(en) voor het instellen van een beroep:
— geschillen tussen de bij deze aanbesteding betrokken partijen zullen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement waartoe de aanbestedende dienst behoort,
— inschrijvers die zich niet kunnen verenigen met de voorgenomen gunning, kunnen zich tegen de voorgenomen gunning uitsluitend verzetten door uiterlijk binnen 15 dagen, gerekend vanaf de datum van dagtekening van het bericht van selectie respectievelijk voorgenomen gunning, een kort geding aanhangig te maken bij de voorzieningenrechter van de Rechtbank Almelo. De mondelinge 21 dagen na het uitbrengen van de dagvaarding, of op kortst mogelijke redelijke termijnbehandeling van dat kort geding dient binnen nadien, plaats te vinden.
