Een combinatie van bedrijven kan gezamenlijk als 1 inschrijver inschrijven. In dat geval is het afzonderlijk aanmelden als inschrijver door 1 van de combinanten, alleen of in combinatie met anderen, niet toegestaan. Bij de inschrijving zal door de combinatie een ondertekende verklaring dienen te worden overlegd waaruit blijkt (a) dat de leden van de combinatie zich gezamenlijk en hoofdelijk aansprakelijk stellen voor de volledige en juiste uitvoering van de overeenkomst in al zijn onderdelen en (b) de naam van de combinant die als vertegenwoordiger namens de combinatie zal optreden en bevoegd is de combinatie te binden.

Eisen die gelden voor beide percelen:
a) Inschrijvers mogen niet verkeren in een situatie als bedoeld in artikel 45 Bao en dient hiervoor bij inschrijving een rechtsgeldig ondertekende verklaring te overleggen;
b) Inschrijver moet zijn ingeschreven in het beroeps- of handelsregister en dient een kopie van het bewijs van inschrijving te overleggen die niet ouder is dan 6 maanden voor de sluitingsdatum van de aanbesteding;
c) Inschrijver dient te verklaren dat hij instemt met de concept-raamovereenkomst van Waterschap Rijn en IJssel.
Bij combinatievorming:
— iedere combinant afzonderlijk dient een verklaring als bedoeld onder a) en een kopie van inschrijving als bedoeld onder b) te overleggen,
— er dient een verklaring inzake aansprakelijkheid en penvoerderschap te worden overlegd.

Inlichtingen en formaliteiten om na te gaan of aan de vereisten is voldaan:
Inschrijver dient, conform voorgeschreven model, te overleggen van de in de afgelopen 3 jaar voorafgaand aan de uiterste datum van inschrijving van de onderhavige aanbesteding, voornaamste uitgevoerde soortgelijke leveringen. Hieruit dient in ieder geval (minimaal) te blijken dat inschrijver minimaal twee (2) qua aard en omvang gelijksoortige leveringen heeft uitgevoerd.
Indien inschrijver referenties van derden in haar opgave betrekt, dan dient inschrijver tevens aan te tonen dat zij daadwerkelijk over deze ervaring kan beschikken. Indien ervaringsprojecten niet correct opgegeven worden, kan dat ertoe leiden dat die projecten niet in de beoordeling worden betrokken.

Gegadigden hebben de gelegenheid tot het indienen van schriftelijke vragen te verzenden per faxbericht en per e-mail naar het adres zoals vermeld in het Aanbestedingsdocument. Vragen kunnen worden gesteld tot uiterlijk 20.9.2010. Naast het vragen van inlichtingen over het Aanbestedingsdocument zelf, kunnen gegadigden alleen gedurende deze periode opmerkingen maken op de concept-raamovereenkomst.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Indien een, in het kader van de gunning, niet gegunde partij van mening is dat het genomen besluit in strijd is met de EG richtlijn overheidsopdrachten voor werken, leveringen en diensten (PbEG L 134) nr. 2004/18/EG, alsmede het Besluit aanbestedingsregels voor overheidsopdrachten van 31.5.2005 (Stb. 408, 2005, zoals gewijzigd bij Stb. 2005, 650), de wet of andere toepasselijke regelgeving, dient zij binnen een termijn van 15 dagen na dagtekening van het bericht, schriftelijk en met redenen omkleed mede te delen of zij actie tegen het besluit zal ondernemen onder.
