Avans Hogeschool is voornemens over te gaan tot het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor onderstaande bouwkundige onderhoudswerkzaamheden:
2.2.1 Nulmeting brandwerende scheidingen: het eenmalig uitvoeren van een controle van alle brandwerende scheidingen van diverse gebouwen van Avans Hogeschool, inclusief rapportage.
2.2.2. Jaarlijkse controle en onderhoud brandwerende scheidingen: het jaarlijks uitvoeren van een controle en onderhoud van door Avans Hogeschool aangegeven gebouwen, inclusief rapportage.
2.2.3. Kleinschalige onderhoudswerkzaamheden: het op afroep verrichten van kleinschalige onderhoud- en controlewerkzaamheden, inclusief rapportage:
— controle en onderhoud van brandwerende scheidingen,
— controle en onderhoud hang en sluitwerk van ramen, deuren en kozijnen,
— controle en onderhoud brandwerende scheidingen,
— controle en onderhoud gevels.
2.2.4 Oplossen van bouwkundige gebreken (storingen): na melding van Avans Hogeschool binnen overeengekomen termijn oplossen van bouwkundige gebreken(ongepland).
2.2.5 Bouwkundige werkzaamheden: uitvoeren van kleinschalige bouwkundige werkzaamheden tot een grenswaarde van 20 000,00 EUR exclusief btw (gepland).
