— het aanpassen van kabels en leidingen; ca. 100 m,
— het aanbrengen van funderingsmateriaal; ca. 300 ton.
Tramwerkzaamheden:
— verwijderen bestaand spoor; ca. 220 m2,
— leveren en aanbrengen onderbedbeton; ca. 400 m2,
— leveren en aanbrengen bovenbedbeton; ca. 535 m2,
— het verrichten van asfaltwerkzaamheden; ca. 60 ton,
— leveren en aanbrengen strijkasfalt; ca. 65 m2.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Het kunnen overleggen van een bankverklaring bestaande uit een bereidheidsverklaring van een gerenomeerde bank of finaciële instelling in de EU betreffende het ter zijner tijd afgeven van een bankgarantie overeenkomstig de bepalingen in het bestek.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required Het kunnen overleggen van de in vraag 3 van de bij het bestek behorende Eigen Verklaring gevraagde bewijsstukken middels een verklaring waaruit blijkt dat de inschrijver in de laatste drie boekjaren (2007, 2008, 2009) een gemiddelde jaaromzet in de Grond-, Wegen-, en Waterbouwsector van tenminste EUR 2.000.000,-- excl BTW met de daarbij behorende accountantsverklaring heeft gehad.

III.2.3)Technical capacity

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
Het kunnen overleggen van een referentielijst, inclusief tevredenheidsverklaring van de opdrachtgever, met drie (3) projecten in een grootstedelijk gebied, waaruit blijkt dat de onderneming gedurende de laatste 5 jaren (gestart en afgerond), projecten op het gebied van het gefaseerd aanbrengen van bitumineuze verhardingen, inclusief het aanbrengen van rioleringen en drinkwaterleidingen, op vakkundige en regelmatige wijze, heeft uitgevoerd en tijdig heeft opgeleverd, met een gefactureerd bedrag van tenminste EUR 600.000,- excl. BTW en projecten op het gebied van spoorwerkzaamheden met een gefactureerd bedrag van ten minste EUR 500.000,- excl. BTW.
Het kunnen overleggen van:
— ISO-9001 kwaliteitssysteemcertificaat,
— VCA**-certificaat met daarop de scope van activiteiten waarvoor de ondernemning gecertificeerd.
Is en de datum van de certificering.
— In geval van een samenwerkingsverband van ondernemers (combinatie) dient de combinatie.
Dan wel alle deelnemers van die combinatie in het bezit te zijn van het hiervoor bedoelde.
Kwaliteitssysteemcertificaat ISO-9001 en VCA**- certificaat;
In het geval dat afzonderlijke certificaten worden overgelegd, moeten deze certificaten.
Gezamenlijk overeenkomen met de aard van het werk.

Van elk project dient de volgende informatie te worden verstrekt:
— korte omschrijving van het werk,
— gegevens opdrachtgever inclusief contactpersoon,
— aanneemsom (excl. BTW),
— gefactureerd bedrag (excl. BTW),
— datum van opdracht,
— overeengekomen uitvoeringsduur (incl. verleend uitstel van oplevering),
— indien uitgevoerd in onderaanneming: een opgave van het bedrag waarvoor door de.
Onderneming werkzaamheden terzake van voornoemde ervaringseis zijn uitgevoerd;
— indien uitgevoerd in combinatie: een opgave van het bedrag waarvoor door de onderneming.
