Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: In de offerteaanvraag worden de in te dienen gegevens en bewijsstukken opgenoemd, waaruit de eigen situatie van de gegadigde, en het voldoen aan de financiële, economische en technische minimumeisen blijkt. Onderdeel hiervan is een door de aanbieders in te vullen zogenaamde 'Eigen verklaring' die is opgenomen in de offerteaanvraag en een kopie van de inschrijving in het beroeps- of handelsregister. De opdrachtgever behoudt zich het recht voor in een later stadium eventueel aanvullende bewijsstukken en nadere informatie ten aanzien van de financiële en economische draagkracht op te vragen of een onderzoek in te (doen) stellen. Met betrekking tot de technische bekwaamheid zijn in de offerteaanvraag gedetailleerde eisen en wensen opgenomen.
