Het nader uitwerken van het ontwerp behorende bij de contractdocumenten tot een uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp (DO-UO) inclusief de daartoe uit te voeren berekeningen, tekeningen, onderzoeken (voor zover niet al reeds uitgevoerd door aanbesteder) en werkzaamheden ten behoeve van het aanvragen van vergunningen (voor zover niet al reeds aangevraagd door aanbesteder).

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Elke Gegadigde dient aan te tonen dat hij over de laatste drie afgesloten boekjaren een jaaromzet in de GWW-sector heeft bereikt gelijk aan of groter dan 10 000 000 EUR.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Elke Gegadigde dient onderstaande referenties te overleggen waaruit blijkt dat de inschrijver een project van vergelijkbare aard heeft uitgevoerd en tijdig heeft opgeleverd met een aannemingssom of gefactureerd bedrag (exclusief omzetbelasting) van het project gelijk aan of groter dan omzet zoals genoemd bij de ervaringseisen.
De referenties dienen in de afgelopen 5 jaar (te rekenen vanaf het moment van inschrijving) te zijn opgeleverd of tot het moment van inschrijving ten minste zes maanden in uitvoering te zijn. De referentieprojecten dienen naar tevredenheid van de opdrachtgever te zijn respectievelijk te worden uitgevoerd. De Gemeente Amersfoort houdt zich het recht voor om ten bewijze daarvan inschrijver te verzoeken om een tevredenheidsverklaring van de referent(en) te over leggen.
Ervaringseis 1 (één referentie).
Ervaring met terreininrichting in landelijk gebied met aandacht voor ecologie, flora- en fauna met een minimale opdrachtsom van 1 250 000 EUR excl. BTW.
Toelichting: met aandacht voor ecologie/flora- en fauna wordt verstaan rekening houden met aanwezige soorten m.b.t. planning, het verplaatsen van soorten en treffen van mitigerende maatregelen.
Ervaringseis 2 (één referentie).
Ervaring met de aanleg van bruggen in provinciale wegen (autoverkeer, verkeersklasse 60) met een minimale opdrachtsom van 300 000 EUR excl. BTW.
Ervaringseis 3 (één referentie).
Ervaring met de aanleg van een sluis met een opdrachtsom van minimaal 350 000 EUR excl. BTW.
Ervaringseis 4 (één referentie).
Ervaring met civieltechnische projecten uitgevoerd onder de voorwaarden van de UAV-gc 2005 met een minimale opdrachtsom van 750 000 EUR excl. BTW, waarbij ontwerp- en uitvoeringswerkzaamheden tot de scope van het Werk behoorden.
Ervaringseis 5 (één referentie).
Ervaring met het opstellen van een Definitief- en Uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp voor een sluis met minimale totale uitvoeringskosten van 350 000 EUR excl. BTW.
