The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, equipment, tools, transportation and any other items or services required to provide annual maintenance service for forty two HP printers listed at Appendix A. The contractor will be responsible to pre-check printers, perform remote problem diagnosis and support, onsite hardware support to include providing the parts and materials listed at Appendix B, and next day onsite response support in accordance with the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide maintenance service for HP printers in accordance with commercial and manufacturer standards.

Note 1: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.

Note 2: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registerd to perform work in the country of Japan.
