Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be lincensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform periodical inspection, and on-call repair service of the water quality monitoring systems (Model No TB450G, Manufacturer: Yokogawa Denki )on U.S. Army Garrison Japan (USAG-J) installations in the Hiroshima area, Japan.
