COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
METAL LOCKERS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38.

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. Submit written quotes (to include a price quote for ALL ITEMS) on RFQ# LOCKERS-725AMS-001.

Due to the overseas location of this solicitation, no small business set-aside will be used. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337215 (Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing).

This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commodity:

CLIN 0001 - (33) Each - Metal lockers
• pre-assembled
• Standard Single Tier, 3-Wide, Dimensions approximately 36"W x 72"H x 15"D.
• The lockers should either have legs, or be of the type that does not sit directly on the floor. Approximately six inches off of the floor is sufficient.
• The top of the lockers should be sloped forward or covered with sloping hoods in order to prevent articles and debris from accumulating on them.
• No combination locks installed.
• The lockers should have the ability to accept a pad lock.
• Each tier should include number plates in sequence from 1-99
• Color: Marine Blue or Gray (one color set only)
• Brand: Hallowell ReadyBuilt II, Model#: URB3258-1-MB

BRAND NAME OR EQUAL applies to this requirement. If "OR EQUAL" items are quoted you must provide complete documentation for review.
