This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-12-Q-0132 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, Defense Circular Number 20111102 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0714. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 541330.

All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following Sun Shade Inspection.

0001- INSPECT AND REPAIR NINE (9) SUN SHADES AT AEROSPACE MAINTIANCE AND REGENERATION GROUP FACILITY. PROVIDE AN ASSESSMENT REPORT ON EACH SUN SHADE IAW STATEMENT of WORK.
