This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services (Industrial Water Treatment Service) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation.A Preproposal Site visit is schedule on 26 Aug 2010 (Thursday). NOTE 1: This requirement will be perform in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. NOTE 2. Closing due dates indicated on the web site are tentative. The firm Closing due date is indicated at block 8 of SF 1449 solicitation.
