Janitorial Services for the NEW Sandpoint Ranger District office consisting of 13,363 square feet, and continued services for the Sandpoint Fire Office restrooms. Starting April 19, 2010 - December 31, 2010 for the main New Sandpoint RS office. Starting October 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010 for the Sandpoint Fire Office Lavatories. Both offices will have 2 options starting Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2011 and 2012. A walk- through pre-quote tour is scheduled for March 15, 2010, at 0830. Please contact Angelic Koch at 208-265-6669 if you plan to attend the tour. Meet at the Interagency Fire Dispatch Building, 1602 Ontario, Sandpoint, ID which is located across from the New Building.
