Total quantity or scope:
The provision of comprehensive facilities management services for the new NIBRT facility of approximately 6 500 square metres comprising cleanrooms (non-classified), a biopharma pilot plant, research laboratories, utility and office space on two floors in addition to a portion of roof space for location of plant air handling units and chillers. The services are to provide an efficient, responsive, comprehensive and effective Facilities Maintenance Service which is cost effective and is based on sound technical and operational requirements and standards and optionally a security and/or catering service.

NIBRT reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender and may terminate the competition or any part of the service at any stage or change the procedure and procure the service by alternative means. NIBRT shall not be liable in any circumstances for ant costs or expenses incurred by any canditate responding to this notice or tenderer who is tendering for the proposed contracts.
Tenderers will be required to maintain their tender for a minimum of 3 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Thereafter a tenderer may withdraw their tender by 14 days notice in writing to the contracting authority otherwise the tender shall remain open for acceptance.
