Modifications have been made to the corresponding tender documents.
The information memorandum for the legal case management system has been amended to reflect revised timescales for the project, having regard to the EC Public Procurement Remedies Directive (2007/66/EC). Accordingly sections 3.6 and 3.7 of the information memorandum are replaced with the attached document.
3.6) Project timeline:
3.6.1) It is currently envisaged that the system will go live in mid 2011.
3.7) Process timelines:
3.7.1) The key target dates in relation to this process are as follows:
Closing date for receipt of queries; 23.2.2010.
Closing date for receipt of responses; 10.3.2010 - 16:00 hours (Irish time).
Pre-qualification shortlist determined; 6.4.2010.
RFT issued; 7.4.2010.
Closing date for receipt of tenders; 17.5.2010 - 16:00 hours (Irish time).
Notify preferred bidder; 23.8.2010.
Anticipated start of software performance verification; 24.8.2010.
Contract award notice published; 11.10.2010.
Anticipated contract signing; 1.12.2010.
Anticipated start of development; 12.12.2010.
3.7.2 The above dates are anticipated target dates only. The Board has the right, at its absolute discretion, to extend or waive any of the timelines specified in the table of key target dates above or any other timelines specified in the pre-qualification documents. The Board may, at its absolute discretion, give (or not give) notice to Applicants of any such extensions or waivers.
3.7.3 Applicants are asked to advise on their ability to take on the proposed project in addition to fulfilling existing contractual commitments.
