IDA Ireland intends to award 3 contracts for the management of its estate in Ireland. The 3 contracts are on the basis of its portfolio of property being split into 3 zones.
A particular and fundamental aspect of the proposed contracts will be the recovery of service charges from occupying companies as provided for in their leases and the establishment and promotion of estate management structures with the involvement of those companies by way of representative committees or otherwise.

Description of these options: Please note the contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year subject to contract performance, funding and board approval at the sole discretion of IDA Ireland.

If applying for more than one lot, tenderers must address the requirements for each lot specifically within their tender response.
It is a condition of the award of any contract that the service provider is able to promptly produce a current Tax Clearance Certificate.
In the case of a non-resident service provider, the candidate should be in a position to produce a statement from the Revenue Commissioners confirming the tenderers suitability on tax grounds to be awarded the contract.
IDA Ireland is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1997. If a candidate considers that any information supplied in response to this notice is either commercially sensitive or confidential, this should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity given. The relevant material will, in response to a request under the Act, be examined in light of exemptions provided in the Act.
Tenderers will not be reimbursed for any costs or expenses incurred in responding to this notice.
