Energy-efficiency consultancy services. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is seeking to put its UK India collaboration on energy efficiency and trading contract out to tender. Government of India and Government of United Kingdom have entered into a collaboration of energy efficiency and trading. As part of the collaboration, it has been agreed to commission a consultancy assignment, whose purpose will be to: 1. to support the Ministry of Power Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) in developing specific aspects of the mandatory perform achieve trade (PAT) energy efficiency trading scheme; 2. to undertake a capacity building exercise with Indian industry associations to help enable Indian industry to benefit from the implementation of the PAT scheme, learning lessons from industry experiences with similar schemes in the UK and internationally.
