III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:
Agli operatori economici invitati verrà richiesta, in sede di offerta, cauzione provvisoria di 20 000,00 EUR costituita, ai sensi dell'art. 75, D.Lgs. n. 163/2006 e s.m.i., pari al 2 % del premio imponibile per 4 anni e 6 mesi, a base di gara. All'aggiudicatario verrà richiesta garanzia di esecuzione, ai sensi dell'art. 113, D.Lgs. n. 163/2006 e s.m.i.

Fondi del bilancio di Ateneo.
Modalità di pagamento: secondo le modalità indicate nello schema di polizza.

I concorrenti riuniti in raggruppamento temporaneo o coassicurazione dovranno ritenere il rischio nella percentuale corrispondente alla quota di partecipazione al raggruppamento o alla coassicurazione ed, in ogni caso, l'operatore economico delegatario dovrà ritenere una quota di rischio inferiore al 40 %, mentre i restanti componenti del raggruppamento o coassicurazione dovranno ritenere una quota di rischio non inferiore al 10 %.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Gli operatori economici concorrenti non devono trovarsi nelle cause di esclusione di cui all'art. 38, D.Lgs. n. 163/2006 e s.m.i. e devono, altresì, rispettare tutte le disposizioni, obblighi e adempimenti previsti nel capitolato d'oneri.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: a) aver raccolto premi, negli ultimi 3 esercizi (2009-2010-2011), nel ramo danni, per un importo medio annuo non inferiore a 25 000 000,00 EUR;
b) possedere, al momento della presentazione della domanda di partecipazione, un margine di solvibilità sufficiente per la complessiva attività esercitata nel territorio della Repubblica ed all'estero, ai sensi degli artt. 44-47 del codice delle assicurazioni private (D.Lgs. n. 209/2005 e s.m.i.).

a) aver eseguito, negli anni 2009 – 2010 – 2011, almeno 5 servizi assicurativi relativi al rischio infortuni, presso enti aggiudicatori di cui all'art. 3, comma 29, D.Lgs. 163/2006 e s.m.i.
Si richiede di indicare il periodo di vigenza di ciascun servizio, l'ammontare del premio raccolto ed il nominativo dell'ente aggiudicatore.
