Cauzione provvisoria: i partecipanti alla gara dovranno presentarla nella misura del 2 % del rpezzo indicato dal bando, per i lotti a cui si intende partecipare, con le modalità di cui all'art. 75 del D.Lgs. 163/06. Cauzione definitiva: il soggetto aggiudicatario dovrà costituire una garanzia fidejussoria si ai sensi dell'art. 113 del D.Lgs. 163/06.

L'appalto è finanziato con fondi del bilancio aziendale.
