Vito e S. Spirito - Alcamo, PO V. Emanuele - Castelvetrano, PO A. Aiello - Mazara del Vallo, PO Falcone-Borsellino - Marsala, e dell’UO di otorinolaringoiatria del PO V. Emanuele - Salemi. La durata della fornitura è fissata in anni 3 per un totale complessivo di 2 648 588,40 EUR IVA esclusa.

Cauzione provvisoria: i partecipanti alla gara dovranno presentarla nella misura del 2 % del rpezzo indicato dal bando, per i lotti a cui si intende partecipare, con le modalità di cui all'art. 75 del D.Lgs. 163/06. Cauzione definitiva: il soggetto aggiudicatario dovrà costituire una garanzia fidejussoria si ai sensi dell'art. 113 del D.Lgs. 163/06.

L'appalto è finanziato con fondi del bilancio aziendale.
