III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required
a) deposito cauzionale provvisorio di 17 320 EUR, valevole per 180 giorni dalla data di scadenza delle offerte, da costituirsi con le modalità indicate nel disciplinare di gara e nel rispetto delle prescrizioni di cui all’art. 75 del decreto legislativo n. 163/06. L’importo della garanzia è ridotto del 50 % per gli operatori economici in possesso della certificazione di cui al comma 7 dell’art. 7 sopraccitato;
b) deposito cauzionale definitivo, costituito come al punto precedente, nella misura del 10 %.

— non procedere all’aggiudicazione nel caso in cui nessun’offerta risulti conveniente o idonea in relazione all’oggetto contrattuale, in conformità a quanto previsto dall’art. 81, c. 3, del decreto legislativo n. 163/06,

— procedere all’aggiudicazione anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida o laddove una sola offerta, tra quelle pervenute, sia ritenuta valida. Le richieste di chiarimento, formulate in lingua italiana, dovranno essere trasmesse dal lunedì al venerdì esclusivamente a mezzo fax +39 099378522 e dovranno pervenire tassativamente entro e non oltre il decimo giorno antecedente al termine fissato per la ricezione delle offerte. Si procederà a pubblicare sul sito www.asl.taranto.it oltre che tutta la documentazione di gara, anche le risposte alle istanze che perverranno dalle ditte in relazione ad informazioni complementari e/o chiarimenti sul contenuto del bando di gara, del disciplinare e quant’altro, entro tre giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione della richiesta.
