III.1)CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required
Höhe der vorläufigen Kaution 2 % des Gesamtbetrages der Arbeiten (151 270 EUR). Der Betrag der vorläufigen Kaution darf auf Wunsch des Bieters um 50 % gekürzt werden, wenn die Zertifizierung des betrieblichen Qualitätssystems vorgewiesen werden kann, sofern der Umstand nicht bereits aus der Soa-Bescheinigung hervorgeht. Betrag der endgültigen Kaution: 10 % des Vertragspreises, die endgültige Kaution als Sicherstellung für die Vertragserfüllung ist als Bürgschaft in Ausmaß und gemäß Verfahren nach Gvd Nr. 163/06, Artikel 113 sowie Dpr Nr. 554/99, Artikel 101 zu stellen. Auch für die endgültige Kaution gilt die Vergünstigung der Minderung um 50 %, wenn der Auftragnehmer die Zertifizierung des betrieblichen Qualitätssystems vorweisen kann.

Terms and method of payment: Die gesamten Projektunterlagen werden auf Cd-Rom zur Verfügung gestellt: die Cd-Rom ist mindestens 3 Werktage vor der Abholung mittels Fax zu bestellen (mit Angabe der Adresse des Unternehmens), nach vorheriger Einzahlung der Spesen von 120 EUR. Die Einzahlung von 120 EUR muss auf das Konto des Bürgerheimes bei der Raiffeisenkasse Schlanders - Iban: it97b0824458920000300051012 erfolgen. Die Einzahlungsbestätigung muss der Faxanfrage beigelegt werden. Die Cd-Rom muss persönlich oder mittels Kurier auf Risiko und Spesen des Antragstellers abgeholt werden.

Am Wettbewerb können nur jene Unternehmen teilnehmen, welche die Unterlagen bei der ausschreibenden Körperschaft abgeholt haben.
