Le spese e gli oneri per la progettazione esecutiva ammontano complessivamente a 215 307,38 EUR.

Importo complessivo presunto pari 10 077 996,12 EUR (oltre IVA), di cui: soggetti a ribasso 9 392 797,36 EUR per lavori di restauro, risanamento conservativo e di adeguamento normativo, 20 000 EUR per lavori in economia quota materiali, 215 307,38 EUR per spese e oneri per la progettazione esecutiva, 50 000 EUR per compenso a corpo per esecuzione di lavori in modo frammentario e a più fasi; non soggetti a ribasso 60 000 EUR per lavori in economia, quota mano d’opera e 339 891,38 EUR per costi e oneri relativi alla sicurezza.

— Cauzione provvisoria: pari al 2 % dell'importo dell'appalto alla presentazione dell'offerta dopo invio di lettera di invito,
— Cauzione definitiva e polizze assicurative come previste nel capitolato speciale di appalto.
Si applicano le riduzioni previste dall'articolo 40, comma 7, del D.Lgs. 163/06.
Tutte le polizze devono essere conformi agli schemi di polizza tipo di cui al DM 12.3.2004 n. 123.

a) iscrizione nel Registro delle imprese;
b) insussistenza delle cause di esclusione di cui all'art. 38 del D.Lgs. 163/06;

Dichiarazione sostitutiva ai sensi del D.P.R. 445/2000 e s.m.i. o originale o fotocopia del certificato con dichiarazione di conformità all’originale ai sensi dell’art. 19 del D.P.R. 445/2000 e s.m. da cui risulti il possesso di attestazione SOA per: esecuzione e progettazione.
Nel caso di candidato non in possesso dell’attestato SOA per la progettazione dovrà essere indicato in sede di domanda di partecipazione il/i nominativo/i del/i progettista/i – individuato/i ai sensi all’art. 90 comma 1 lett. d), e), f), f-bis) g) e h) del D.Lgs. 163/2006 - di cui intende avvalersi o con cui intende associarsi.
Inoltre mediante dichiarazione sostitutiva ai sensi del D.P.R. 445/2000 e s.m.i. il professionista dovrà attestare il possesso:
Mediante la compilazione delle schede di cui agli allegati "G" e "H" al D.P.R. 554/99 dovrà essere attestata:

Le classifiche dovranno essere a adeguate all'importo dei lavori da appaltare come indicate nel capitolato speciale d'appalto.

— dei requisiti generali di qualificazione richiesti dagli artt. 50, 51, 53 e 54 del D.P.R. 554/1999 e dagli artt. 38 e 90 del D.Lgs. 163/2006,
— l'esperienza e capacità professionale di cui all'art. 66 commi 1, lett. b) e 2, del D.P.R. 554/99 con attestazione di aver svolto, nel decennio antecedente la data di pubblicazione del presente bando, i servizi di cui all'art. 50 del D.P.R. 554/99 per un importo complessivo pari ad almeno 4 volte l'importo globale stimato per ogni categoria di lavori da progettare cui si riferisce il servizio affidato.

Termine per l’elaborazione della progettazione esecutiva: 45 giorni dall’emissione dell’ordine di servizio di cui all’art. 140 del D.P.R. n. 554/99.
Termine di esecuzione di tutti i lavori: 1 520 giorni naturali e consecutivi, a decorrere dalla data del verbale di consegna dei lavori (cfr. dettaglio fasi lavorazioni art. 17 capitolato speciale d'appalto).
È ammesso il subappalto con le modalità di cui al CSA.

Costituiscono parte integrante del presente bando le modalità di presentazione della domanda di partecipazione (allegato 1 e relativi allegati 1/A, 1/B, 1/C, 1/D) e modalità di attribuzione del punteggio (allegato 2) - disponibili sul sito: www.inail.it - nel quale sono riportate le modalità ed i requisiti di partecipazione e di presentazione della domanda, previsti a pena di esclusione.
