L’appalto consiste nell’ideazione e progettazione dei lavori di allestimento delle aree presso il Queen Elisabeth Congress Center – Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE - riservate a “Casa Italia”. L’allestimento dovrà comprendere gli arredi e le forniture tecniche - inclusi la grafica interna, l’hardware ed il software, gli impianti speciali (per es. video sorveglianza e antifurti), gli impianti di illuminazione generale e scenografica e gli impianti audio. Inoltre dovranno essere ideati e realizzati il palinsesto eventi e la fornitura di servizi gestionali e quant’altro ritenuto necessario al miglior funzionamento di “Casa Italia”.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Alla gara potranno essere ammessi a partecipare i soggetti:
A) che siano iscritti nel Registro commerciale di cui all’art. 39 del D.Lgs. n. 163/2006 e s.m.i., per attività inerenti quelle oggetto della gara;
B) che non siano in alcuna delle situazioni di esclusione dalle gare indicate all’art. 38 del predetto D.Lgs. n. 163/2006 e s.m.i.;
C) che non si siano avvalsi dei piani individuali di emersione previsti dall’art. 1-bis, comma 14 della legge n. 383/2001 e s.m.i. o che, nel caso se ne siano avvalsi, abbiano concluso il procedimento di emersione;
D) che non si trovino in una situazione di conflitto di interessi, reali o potenziali, in ordine allo svolgimento dell’incarico;
E) che non siano incorsi, nei 2 anni precedenti la data di pubblicazione del presente bando, nei provvedimenti previsti dall’art. 44 del D.Lgs. n. 286/1998.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Alla gara potranno essere ammessi a partecipare i soggetti:
F) che abbiano realizzato negli ultimi 3 esercizi (2008/2010) un fatturato globale d’impresa almeno pari ad 13 000 000,00 EUR (euro tredicimilioni/00) + IVA;
G) cha abbiano realizzato negli ultimi 3 esercizi (2008/2010) un fatturato specifico in attività analoghe quelle della gara almeno pari ad 5 500 000,00 EUR (euro cinquemilionicinquecentomila/00) + IVA;
H) che dimostrino la propria affidabilità economico-finanziaria;
Alla gara potranno essere ammessi a partecipare i soggetti:
F) che abbiano realizzato negli ultimi 3 esercizi (2008/2010) un fatturato globale d’impresa almeno pari ad 13 000 000,00 EUR (euro tredicimilioni/00) + IVA;

I) che operino da almeno da 3 esercizi nel settore dell’organizzazione e gestione di grandi eventi sportivi e/o nell’attività di hospitality (house) relativa a grandi eventi sportivi nazionali ed internazionali;
J) che abbiano realizzato con esito positivo negli ultimi 3 esercizi almeno un contratto all’anno per attività analoghe a quelle oggetto della gara, di importo almeno pari a 2 000 000,00 EUR (euro duemilioni/00) + IVA.
