Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Tutti i soggetti di cui all’art. 34 del D.Lgs. 163/2006, sia singolarmente sia appositamente e temporaneamente raggruppati con le modalità stabilite dall’art. 37 del D.Lgs. 163/2006 e s.m.i, possono partecipare alla gara qualora:
a) non siano incorsi in alcuna delle cause di esclusione di cui all’art. 38 del D.Lgs. 163/2006 e s.m.i né nella condizione prevista dall’art. 1-bis comma 14 della L. 18.10.2001 n. 383 e s.m.i., né in altre situazioni di interdizione alla contrattazione e partecipazione alle gare con la pubblica amministrazione;

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: I concorrenti devono essere in possesso di dichiarazioni di almeno 2 istituti bancari o intermediari finanziari autorizzati ai sensi della D.Lgs. 385/1993, attestanti l’idoneità finanziaria ed economica del concorrente stesso.
Per il possesso del requisito da parte di soggetti raggruppati o consorziati vedere il disciplinare di gara.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
I concorrenti devono aver direttamente realizzato nell’ultimo triennio (2007-2008-2009) forniture analoghe a quelle oggetto della presente gara (e cioè di vestiario per corpi di Polizia o forze armate effettuate a favore di enti pubblici) per importo complessivo pari ad almeno 300 000 EUR (trecentomila) IVA esclusa.
Per il possesso del requisito da parte di soggetti raggruppati o consorziati vedere il disciplinare di gara.
Trattandosi di procedura aperta telematica i concorrenti per operare sul sistema devono essere dotati della strumentazione indicata nel disciplinare di gara.
