L'importo quantitativo dei lavori viene previsto in 3 215 000 EUR oltre IVA di legge. La categoria prevalente dell'importo di 2 765 000 EUR IVA esclusa è rappresentata dalla categoria "restauro e manutenzione beni immobili sottoposti a tutela - OG2" - classifica minima IV.
L'appalto prevede anche le seguenti lavorazioni:
— impianti tecnologigi OG11 - classifica minima II per un importo complessivo pari a 425 000 IVA esclusa (scorporabile subappaltabile).
Si stimano inoltre le seguenti spese tecniche a carico del concessionario:
— spese tecniche sostenute dall'amministrazione comunale 22 728 EUR,
— spese tecniche per progettazione esecutiva 102 632 EUR.

Ai concorrenti viene richiesta una cauzione provvisoria pari ad 64 300 EUR. Al concessionario verrà richiesta una cauzione definitiva pari al 10 % dell'importo netto contrattuale.

Il concessionario avrà diritto di gestire funzionalmente e di sfruttare economicamente l'opera realizzata per la durata della concessione (30 anni). Il concessioonario dovrà corrispondere al Comune di Piacenza un canone concessorio annuo pari ad 32 000 EUR salva la migliore offerta presentata in sede di gara.
