Garanzia a corredo dell’offerta valida almeno 180 giorni dalla data di presentazione dell’offerta, 66 000,00 EUR;
Garanzia fideiussoria da parte dell’esecutore del contratto pari al 10 % dell’importo contrattuale al netto dell’IVA con l’applicazione degli eventuali aumenti ai sensi dell’art. 113 comma 1 del D.Lgs. 163/06.

Ammissione alla gara previo raggiungimento della soglia minima richiesta per ciascuno dei requisiti relativi alla capacità tecnico-professionale.

Aver effettuato forniture analoghe a quelle oggetto della gara nel periodo 1.11.2009 – 31.10.2011 compresi i contratti iniziati precedentemente ed ancora in corso nel triennio in questione con un livello minimo di capacità per l’ammissione di almeno 4 forniture analoghe per un importo ciascuna non inferiore a 800 000,00 EUR (ottocentomila) - IVA esclusa.
